Kevin, Silvia, and John take a late-night trip through After Hours, Martin Scorsese’s wildly unpredictable black comedy about a man who just can't seem to make it home. When mild-mannered word processor Paul Hackett heads downtown for what he thinks will be a simple date, a series of bizarre encounters, misunderstandings, and increasingly absurd disasters send him spiraling through the streets of SoHo on the longest night of his life.

Featuring a wonderfully anxious performance from Griffin Dunne and a memorable cast of eccentric characters, the film transforms New York City into a surreal labyrinth where every solution creates a new problem and every turn leads to even stranger circumstances.

From stolen keys and punk clubs to angry mobs and missed opportunities, After Hours asks a deceptively simple question: how far can a person be pushed before they completely lose control?
